Erin's Online Yoga Class Library features pre-recorded classes On Demand that you can access from anywhere, any time.
There are classes for Erin's level 1: Slow & Mobile, level 2: Heat & Strength, and level 3: Fiery Flows. We are also adding Meditations, shorter flows that are 20 minutes or less, and a movement blog!
You will also find a section for resources with info on specific poses and things relating to practice. Not to mention a section that contains all the classes that were recorded in the beginning of COVID before we had decent equipment. The classes here are awesome sequences that Erin so gracefully put together with her talent, but they lack in great sound. Soooo, we wanted to offer them anyway since this is Real Life and we are all living it!
