Follow-up Coaching Sessions
Each follow-up session is an opportunity to discuss your health and well-being progress, articulate new goals and approaches as necessary, and continue to work collaboratively toward your long terms goals. This is where we will tweak anything that didn't work during the week prior and continue to brainstorm new approaches for your goals.
Some areas we may choose to focus on in your follow up sessions are:

- Diet and lifestyle changes - Exploring which types of food and eating patterns are best for you
- Behavior and habit change - Identifying the behaviors that are contributing to your current health challenges and the changes necessary to overcome these challenges
- Consciousness - Uncovering your hidden obstacles and resistance to making behavior changes
- Culture and relationships - Identifying areas in your relationships and culture that contribute to or prevent your health and wellness
- Systems - Modifying your environment and schedule so that they support your health
- Creating a belief of being worthy, loved, cared for, and respected
- Creating a belief of being worthy of success and happiness
- Mindfulness skills
- And much more!
On-Going Support
Once your coaching package has been completed, you will have an option to purchase another package, or continue with monthly support. In the monthly support, we will meet once a month to keep you on track and to continue to work towards bigger goals.
