Women's Self Defense
This 6-week foundational course is designed to help women feel stronger, more aware, and more capable in their everyday lives. Led by Nick, this training focuses on real-world self-defense skills that are simple, effective, and easy to remember under pressure.
Each session builds progressively, giving you the opportunity to practice and integrate techniques in a supportive and empowering environment.
No prior experience necessary.

Monday's 6:30 - 7:30 pm (6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22, 6/29, 7/6)

- Empowerment – reconnecting with your inner strength and personal boundaries
