In a world that moves quickly and often feels overwhelming, it’s easy to lose touch with your own rhythm, your body, and the deeper sense of who you are. The Inner Compass is an 8-week structured immersive experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, create a more grounded, aligned way of living, and come back into alignment with yourself and the healing aspects of the natural world.
Each week, we gather for 90 minutes of gentle yoga and somatic movement to connect with the body while bringing softness to the nervous system, guided meditation infused with Reiki and Energy Healing, and meaningful conversations around creating sacred space in your daily routines for self-care and deep nurturing. You will be supported through subtle yet powerful practices that weave together Yoga Philosophy, daily rhythms, Energy Awareness, and Nature-based awareness and connection through reflection, journaling, and integration.
This course is designed to be both deeply restorative and highly practical. You won’t be asked to overhaul your life. Instead, each week introduces small, manageable shifts that support you in building healthier rhythms around sleep, stress, nourishment, and daily routines.
A unique aspect of this program is the inclusion of Reiki during meditation, allowing you to receive energy healing while in a deeply relaxed state. This supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
Throughout the 8 weeks, you will also be invited into simple, grounding practices outside of class, including time in nature, reflection, and small shifts in daily rhythm inspired by Ayurvedic and Shamanic wisdom. These are not rigid rules, but gentle invitations to live in a way that feels more nourishing and sustainable.
This is not just a course. It is a space to return to yourself. A space to listen more deeply. To reconnect with your body and spirit. To rediscover joy, clarity, and a sense of inner steadiness.
Each session stands on its own, yet together they create a layered and transformative journey. After each 8-week immersion, there is space to integrate, with optional seasonal workshops and gatherings to continue deepening your practice.
