A deep, restorative session to clear, balance, and realign your energy field. Ideal for first-time or monthly tune-ups.
You will be lying down and able to completely relax and let go for a full hour. We will chat for the first 15 minutes or so to get to understand why you are here and what we are working on. We will tune up and check in with each chakra to boost the body's natural healing response. This session can be in person or remote.
