This is an 8-week journey of healing, intuition, and energetic transformation. We will move through the chakras—Root to Crown—using a blend of energy healing, guided meditation, journaling, and intuitive Tarot practices to release what is stuck and awaken what is ready to rise.
You will need a deck or two of Tarot cards (not oracle)
In-Person classes are held at Weaving Roots Studio.

As we move through life, pieces of our energy can become scattered and shaped by stress, transitions, old patterns, and unspoken emotions. This 8-week journey is an invitation to gently gather those pieces and return home to yourself.
From Root to Crown weaves together chakra wisdom, energy healing practices, and the archetypal language of the Tarot to support deep personal transformation. Each week, we will explore a different chakra, using Tarot as a reflective tool to illuminate what is ready to be seen, healed, and integrated.
What This Journey Includes

Each week focuses on one chakra, guiding you through grounding practices, meditation, reflection, and energetic alignment.
✅ Tarot as a Tool for Insight
Tarot is used not for prediction, but as a sacred mirror, offering clarity, guidance, and deeper understanding of your inner landscape.
✅ Integrated Holistic Practices
Classes include energy work techniques, guided meditations, journaling prompts, and intuitive exercises you can continue using beyond the series.
✅ A Supportive, Sacred Space
This class is welcoming to both beginners and experienced practitioners. You will be held in a grounded, nurturing environment where exploration and growth are encouraged.
